01Who we are

02What the site is

Hunnymgmt is a talent-management agency for online content creators. This site is where creators apply to work with us, where people apply to join our team as chatters or virtual assistants, where accepted applicants and clients complete their onboarding, and where our team uses private internal tools.

The site does not sell products or services to the public, and nothing on it is an offer of employment, an agency relationship or a guarantee of income.

03Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

You may only use the forms and portals if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter into agreements. By submitting any form you confirm this is true.

Before any creator agreement is signed we verify identity and age with a government-issued ID. We will refuse or end any application where this cannot be confirmed, and we delete data we learn was submitted by a minor.

04Applications and how we handle them

• Accuracy. Everything you submit must be true, complete and your own. Submitting false information, or someone else's details or documents, may end the process at any stage.
• No obligation. Submitting an application does not create a contract, employment, or any obligation on us to accept you, reply within a set time, or give reasons. We may decline any application.
• Contact. We will contact you using the email, phone or Telegram details you give us, only about your application or onboarding.
• Tests. Some applications include tasks or tests (for example an IQ, typing, speed or mock-chat test). Some of these are scored with the help of automated tools; a person always reviews before a decision is made.
• Written agreement governs. If we work together, the terms of that relationship (including pay, revenue share and responsibilities) are set out in a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

05Payments and refunds

This site takes no payments. We do not sell anything here, there is no checkout, and we never ask you to enter card numbers or banking passwords on this site. Because nothing is purchased through the site, there is nothing to refund.

Any money that changes hands between you and Hunnymgmt (for example payouts to creators or pay to team members) is governed entirely by the written agreement you sign with us, including how and when it is paid and how disputes about it are handled.

06Your uploads and content

You keep ownership of anything you upload (screenshots, test results, identity documents, photos or videos). By uploading it you allow us to store and use it for the purpose you provided it for: reviewing your application, verifying your identity and age, preparing your contract and, once an agreement is signed, as that agreement sets out. You must have the right to share what you upload, it must not contain other people's private information, and it must be legal.

07Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to access team tools, portals or data that are not yours, or share access codes with others;
• submit fake, duplicate or automated applications, or impersonate another person;
• scrape, copy, probe or overload the site, or introduce malware;
• use the site for anything unlawful or to harass anyone.

We may block, suspend or delete access and submissions that break these rules.

08Team accounts and portals

Logins to the team tools, and access codes for the applicant and client portals, are personal to you. Keep them secret, do not share them, and tell us straight away if you think they have been compromised. We may suspend or remove any account at any time, for example when a working relationship ends.

09Our content

The site's design, text, logos, tools and code belong to Hunnymgmt or its licensors. You may use the site for its intended purpose only; you may not copy, reuse or republish any part of it without our written permission.

10Third-party links and platforms

Some forms link to external sites, for example online IQ, typing and internet-speed tests, and our work involves platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and OnlyFans. Those sites are not ours: their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

11Availability, disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate, secure and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of income or opportunity, or for anything caused by third-party sites or by information you provided incorrectly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence), and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

12Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Hunnymgmt is established, without affecting any mandatory protections you have under the law of the country where you live. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
