Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Hunnymgmt collects through hunnymgmt.com and the tools we run on its subdomains and related services (for example ig.hunnymgmt.com, gads.hunnymgmt.com and scheduler.hunnymgmt.com) — the application forms, applicant and client portals, and the team tools our staff sign in to — why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to applicants, the creators we manage and our team members alike.
01Who we are
The controller of your personal information is Hunnymgmt (“Hunnymgmt”, “we”, “us”).

02Information we collect
We only ask for what we need to review an application, verify identity and age, onboard a creator or team member, and run the services you ask us to run. Depending on which form or portal you use, this may include:
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number, Telegram handle, country and city.
- Applicant details — nationality, languages, experience, availability, device and internet-connection information, time zone, and your answers and test results (for example IQ, typing, speed or mock-chat tests, including screenshots you upload).
- Creator application details — age, platform handles, equipment, experience with adult-content platforms, the kinds of content you are willing to create, and your expectations.
- Identity and contract details — legal name, date of birth, residential address, ID type and number, and a scan or photo of your government-issued ID (contract stage only).
- Persona and onboarding details — the persona name and back-story you choose, physical details such as height, weight and sizes, interests, and other answers used to write in your voice (see Sensitive information).
- Payment details — the payout service and account you nominate. We never ask you to enter card numbers or banking passwords on this site.
- Portal activity — for the applicant and client portals: which steps you completed, call slots you booked and test answers you gave.
- Managed accounts — for creators we manage: the sign-in details of the social-media and content accounts you ask us to operate (stored encrypted and shown only to the team members working on your account), and the public activity and statistics of those accounts — posts, followers, views and similar — which our tools monitor so we can run and report on them.
- Team tool activity — for signed-in team members: your login, the actions you take in our tools (for example posts scheduled, accounts checked, phones used, files downloaded) and basic technical logs, used to run the tools, keep them secure and review work.
- Technical data — basic information your browser sends (such as IP address and device type), used only to keep the site secure and working. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Providing information is voluntary, but the fields marked as required are needed to process an application or provide a service. We do not collect information about you from data brokers or other third parties.
03Sensitive information and your explicit consent
Two parts of the creator onboarding involve information the law treats as sensitive. We collect them only with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the relevant form and can withdraw at any time by contacting us (withdrawal does not affect what was done before).
- Identity documents. Your government ID is used solely to confirm that you are who you say you are and that you are at least 18, and to prepare your contract. It is stored with restricted access and is never published or shared with content platforms by us.
- Intimate and persona details. The onboarding questionnaire asks about your body, preferences and sexuality so that the team writing in your voice can do so authentically. These answers are used only to build your persona and content for the accounts we manage for you, are visible only to the team members working on your account, and are never used for any other purpose.
You choose how much to share in these sections. Leaving an optional question blank never affects your application.
04How and why we use your information
- To review, respond to and manage applications and onboarding, including scoring tests.
- To verify identity and age before a creator agreement is signed.
- To provide, operate and improve the services you request, including creating and managing content and accounts under the agreement you sign with us.
- To communicate with you about your application, account or work.
- To arrange agreed payments to team members and creators.
- To keep our systems secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal bases (EU/UK and similar laws)
- Your consent — for submitting an application, and explicit consent for identity documents and intimate details.
- Contract — steps taken at your request before, and to perform, the agreement between us.
- Legitimate interests — running and securing the site and our business, in ways you would reasonably expect and that do not override your rights.
- Legal obligation — age verification, record-keeping and tax requirements.
Some applicant tests are scored with the help of automated tools. A person always reviews the result before any decision about you is made; we do not make purely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
06Where it is stored and how we protect it
Your information is stored with the providers named above, whose servers may be located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers (for example under EU/UK data-protection law) we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent measures.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls (identity documents and intimate details are limited to the people who need them), and team logins protected by individual accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a breach affecting you occurs we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires.
07How long we keep it
- Applications we do not take forward are kept for a limited period so we can reconsider you for future openings, then deleted or anonymised — sooner if you ask.
- Identity documents are kept only as long as needed to verify you and to prepare and hold your contract, and for the period the law requires us to keep contract records, then deleted.
- Creator and team records are kept for the duration of our working relationship and afterwards only as long as legal, tax and record-keeping requirements demand.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your rights); we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
08Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or similar laws), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive the information you gave us in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already happened.
- Complain to your local data-protection authority if you think we have not respected your rights.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. We respond within one month, or sooner where the law requires.
09Age — 18 and over only
Our forms and services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us.
10Cookies and local storage
We use a small amount of browser storage strictly to make the site work — remembering your language choice and keeping team members and portal users signed in. Our tools on subdomains set only their own sign-in cookie or storage, for team members. We use no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies, and fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. The full list is in our Cookie Policy.
